Independent, owner-side advice from Naples, Florida

We make sure the one you buy is exactly right.

Most homeowners first meet their elevator through a salesperson. We think it should begin with someone who works only for you.

AboveAll Elevator Group is a consulting firm, not a dealer. We take no commissions from manufacturers or installers, which leaves us free to recommend the drive system, cab and contractor that genuinely suit your home, your family and Florida’s climate — then hold everyone accountable to it.

Every floor, considered.

Six disciplines, one advisor. Engage us for a single feasibility study or for complete owner’s representation from concept to commissioning.

01

Feasibility & Site Study

Where the shaft lives, whether you need a pit, what your flood zone allows and what it will truly cost — answered before anyone sells you anything.

02

Design & Specification

Drive systems, glass hoistways, cab joinery, lighting and smart-home integration, specified to the same standard as your architecture.

03

Code & Permitting

ASME A17.1 §5.3, the Florida Building Code and state elevator permits — handled, filed and followed through to final inspection.

04

Bid & Procurement

We take your specification to licensed Florida installers, level every bid line by line and negotiate warranty terms in your favor.

05

Installation Oversight

Milestone site visits, hoistway checks and builder coordination so the elevator arrives on schedule — and exactly as specified.

06

Coastal Resilience

Salt air, storm surge and hurricane season are engineered for from day one: marine-grade metals, elevated controls, battery lowering.

Four stages. No surprises.

A clear path that keeps your architect, builder and installer moving in the same direction — and keeps you informed at every landing.
